When I agreed to look after my Aunt’s Labrador for a month this winter, there was no way I could get home to walk Condi for the 40 minutes she was used to each day. Beth was a perfect solution to this problem and Condi just loved her. Daily notes kept me informed of progress and activities. Beth came around lunchtimes to reduce the amount of time Condi was alone in any stretch and rain or shine off they went. I simply left out a towel if it was looking like rain and Beth towelled Condi down before leaving (and hopefully was able to stay dry herself!). Beth was perfect for me too – she is reliable and trustworthy and even did a few extras for me. For example when Condi’s lead broke through general wear, Beth bought another that same day saving me having to leave work.  Condi’s stay would not have been possible without Beth walking her each day, and for a 15 month old Labrador I was expecting many more “boredom” ramifications – it shows how well Beth exercised her that there wasn’t!

Your dog-walking service has been an absolute lifesaver for the past few weeks whilst I recovered from my knee operation. Archie & Cooper (the twins!) are my most precious possessions & I really couldn’t imagine trusting a stranger with them.  However, as soon as I saw you interacting with them like family, I knew we were onto a winner! Minnie and Lucky are both sticking very close but are very relaxed and unstressed – quite different from when they come back from kennels. So I can tell they have been well looked after, and what a wonderful thing for them to be able to stay in their own home. It made such a difference to me to have your regular text updates, so you looked after me as well as the dogs! I can tell you are a kind and compassionate person.

Thanks also for bringing in the mail and watering the pepper plants. You provide a wonderful service and would be very happy to recommend you to others. Can’t thank you enough.

It was whilst I was at the local pet shop that I was given Beth’s card... ‘Dog Walking Melbourne’,  stressed about the fact that I was ‘time poor’ to walk my wonderful Staffy. On ringing ‘Dog Walking Melbourne’ and talking to Beth, I was impressed by her promptness and her calm organised, professional approach.

One thing that I really valued was that I could ring Beth with minimal notice, with my crazy work life and she would always find the time to come over and walk Archie.
